Serb-Montenegrin Charitable Society - Butte, Montana
In the year of 1906, on the Day of all-Serb patron Saint Sava [January 27/January14], Montenegrin miners have established their own Serb-Montenegrin
Charitable Society with seat in Butte, Montana. Symbol of the society was Montenegrin crown, on stamp together with inscription
"Serb-Montenegrin Charitable Society" in Serbian language and Cyrillic alphabet. Within the society Serbian language and Cyrillic
alphabet were official.
